KENNETH OSORIO, M.D.
We are proud to have Dr. Osorio as our medical
director. Dr. Osorio is an expert in non-surgical techniques,
dedicating his entire practice to this modern branch of medicine.
Dr. Osorio was one of the first physicians in the East Valley
to perform endovascular laser ablation and ultrasound-guided
foam sclerotherapy for the treatment of varicose veins.
These techniques allowed patients to avoid painful vein
stripping surgery. Because patients were so pleased with
the non-surgical vein treatment, it was only natural to
add other aesthetic non-surgical modalities as well. Thus,
Dr. Osorio established Advanced Skin and Laser, with the
goal of establishing a world-class aesthetic center for
the East Valley.

Anabell completed her training
as a Nurse Practitioner at Arizona State University in 2004.
Throughout her masters degree she was an Ella Burbank Scholar
and upon graduation, the recipient of the College of Nursing
Outstanding Scholar and the College of Nursing Outstanding
Graduate. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing
from the University of Arizona and was the recipient of the
Robert l. Nugent Award for scholastic achievement, the Army
Corpse Spirit of Nursing Award, and the Student Nurses of
the University of Arizona Award.
Anabell’s has previous experience in Bariatrics (Medical
Weight Loss) but when introduced to the field of Phlebology
and Aesthetic medicine she found her passion. She specializes
in the latest techniques of foam and conventional Sclerotherapy,
Laser Skin Photorejuvenation, Laser Hair Removal, infrared
coagulation as well as cosmetic enhancement with use of
collagen, Restylane and Botox. |
A natural teacher, Ms. Castro
has lectured nationally to other medical professionals. She
is a active member
of the American College of Phlebology,
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses
Association,
Arizona Nurses Association, National Association
of Hispanic Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor
Society of Nursing.
Anabell’s outside interests include tennis, reading,
salsa dancing and spending time with family, friends and
her dog B.G. She enjoys traveling and is conversant in Spanish
and Finnish. She resides in Scottsdale.

Carla Foster is a literal fountain of knowledge for our
aesthetic patients. Carla has been in aesthetics for over 15
years. Although Carla began her aesthetic career freelancing,
her work was recognized by a Scottsdale plastic surgery group
who offered her a position on their medical team. Carla trained
with plastic surgeons and dermatologists who were considered to
be top doctors in the state. Carla’s advanced to become
the practice’s
head aesthetician and was in charge of three cosmetic offices
in Scottsdale, Mesa and Sun City. Because of her extensive
knowledge of the skin, Carla has trained technicians in Arizona,
California and New Mexico. Carla has trained in the latest
laser and radiofrequency techniques for facial rejuvenation.
She is a state certified laser technician.
Carla’s patients love her warm, caring touch and her
shining personality. Carla loves helping people and has
a gift for making each person look their best. We are confident
